Terms and Conditions

**Booking and Payment:**
– All appointments must be scheduled in advance by contacting Oven Shine directly via our website, facebook, email or phone call.
– Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
– We accept cash and bank transfer.

**Cancellation and Rescheduling:**
– If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Oven Shine at least 24 hours in advance.
– Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of our minimum call out charge of £49.

**Access and Conditions:**
– Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the premises and the oven to be cleaned at the scheduled appointment time.
– The oven and surrounding area should be cleared of any items or obstacles that may obstruct the cleaning process.
– A parking space as close the premises as possible is required due to several trips to the van being needed.

**Liability:**
– Oven Shine will take utmost care during the cleaning process to avoid any damage to the oven or surrounding areas.
– We cannot be held liable for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear to the oven or property and a full pre-inspection will be carried out.
– Customers are advised to inform Oven Shine of any pre-existing damage or concerns before the cleaning appointment.

**Satisfaction Guarantee:**
– We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction.
– If you are not satisfied with the results of the cleaning service, please contact Oven Shine within 24hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

**Health and Safety:**
– Our cleaning products are safe and eco-friendly, but customers with known allergies or sensitivities should inform Oven Shine in advance.
– Customers are advised to keep children and pets away from the cleaning area during the service.

**Privacy Policy:**
– Oven Shine respects the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any personal information to third parties
– Any information collected during the booking process or service provision will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our cleaning services.

**Feedback and Reviews:**
